1. Acceptance of Terms
By using heyucraft.com, you accept these terms and conditions as well as our Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, so we recommend reviewing them periodically.

2. Description of Services
2.1. Services Offered: We provide the development and delivery of websites. These websites will have a predetermined design, as shown in each product listed for sale on the [heyucraft.com] platform. Customers can specify the following: primary colors, logo, name, font, images, copyright content, and fonts. If the customer does not provide these specifications, generic and copyright-free content will be used based on the theme of the website as determined by heyucraft.com.

2.2. Delivery Time: Websites will be delivered for use approximately within 10 business days after receiving all the necessary information for development, as indicated in the form provided via email. If these forms are not duly completed within 5 days (120 hours) of payment, the [heyucraft.com] platform will proceed with the return of the product according to the terms and conditions.

3. Purchase and Delivery Process
3.1. Information Form: After payment, a form will be sent to the customer within 48 business hours. Once received, the customer must complete and return this form with the necessary information for the design of their website within the next 5 days.

3.2. Aesthetics and Content: The design and content of the website will be developed according to a predefined model. The customer can provide specifications about the website’s identity and content: primary colors, logo, name, images, copyright content, and fonts. If the customer does not provide these specifications, generic, copyright-free content will be used, based on the theme of the website as determined by heyucraft.com.
Any changes requested after delivery that heyucraft.com deems possible to implement will incur additional charges. Requests must be submitted in writing, along with images if necessary, to support@heyucraft.com. The heyucraft.com team will assess if the requested changes can be fully or partially implemented or if they are not feasible.

4. Return and Refund Policy
4.1. Returns: The customer may request the return of the website within 5 days following its delivery. Requests must be made in writing to support@heyucraft.com.

4.2. Refunds: Refunds will be for 75% of the total amount paid. The remaining 25% will be retained to cover part of the expenses incurred during the setup of the website, which may include:

  • Initial development and design costs
  • Setup and customization fees
  • Administrative and operational expenses

5. Platform Usage
5.1. User Account: The customer is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account and password, as well as all activities that occur under their account.

5.2. Acceptable Use: The customer must not use the platform for illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purposes. They must not interfere with the platform’s operation or attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or networks.

5.3. Terms and Conditions: The customer is responsible for developing their own terms and conditions on their website.

6. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights for developed websites, including text, graphics, and software, belong to heyucraft.com until the platform is delivered to the customer. Thereafter, the rights to use the website are transferred to the customer. Reproduction, distribution, or modification of content for improper use is not permitted, and the customer is fully responsible for the website’s content once it is delivered.

7. Limitation of Liability
We will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Free Maintenance Conditions:
Duration of Maintenance: Free maintenance is provided for a period of three (3) months from the date of delivery.

Scope of Maintenance: Free maintenance exclusively covers the platform, including technical error corrections, security updates, and general system operation support.

Maintenance Exclusions: Free maintenance does not include:

  • Uploading, updating, or modifying products in the online store
  • Creating or editing content such as product descriptions, images, prices, etc.
  • Additional configuration or customization unrelated to the platform
  • Any additional services or extra work not specified in the platform maintenance scope

Customer Responsibility: The customer is responsible for uploading products, managing store content, and any other tasks related to the administration of the ecommerce site.

Additional Services: Any additional service outside the scope of free maintenance will be quoted separately and subject to a specific agreement.
